What are updates in the cobby portal?​

In the cobby portal you have the opportunity to start updates for the cobby PIM, Excel or Magento. The updates are essential because they ensure the functionality and security of the systems.

How to start updates​

⚠️ * Please note: Currently it is not yet possible to perform updates for the cobby PIM on your own. We are currently working on it, so that every customer will soon be able to start these updates independently.*

To perform new updates, proceed as follows:

  1. Log into the cobby portal at app.cobby.io and click on the menu item "Settings".
  2. Then click on the field "Update".
  3. Here you can see at a glance which version of the Excel Plugin, Magento or cobby PIM you are using and if new updates are available.
  4. To start the corresponding update, click on "Change version" on the right side.
