Working with saved workbooks

⚠️ In general, you must not work with saved workbooks as cobby will not recognize any changes from the shop.

You can load the current view of your loaded products into cobby. However, if a change has been made to another attribute, e.g. product name, during this period, but you actually only want to re-upload the price that you have changed, cobby will upload all and overwrite any changes made from Magento to the previous status.

So how can you use saved workbooks?

• Saved workbooks with product information should never be saved, opened and simply uploaded to the store, as the values may not be up to date. See explanation above.
• This saved view can function as a simple Excel workbook with which you can pull certain values into the cobby workbook using Excel formulas such as the xlookup.
