How to store Magento product images in Excel

Imagine you have received a new product image from the manufacturer and you would like to assign it to a product. To do this, click on the respective product line in the Images column. On the right side you will see the already stored images.

You can now use the Add button to add more images from your local hard drive.

The new images are automatically uploaded in the background so that they are immediately stored in Magento when you click on "Save products".

In another example, we have different products, but they all have the same image (here: shoes from a certain manufacturer). These always look the same, but are managed as different products due to different capacities.

First, we filter for the manufacturer in the Shoes worksheet and deposit the image as described above at the first product entry. Then we copy the cell and paste it to the other products.

The same image is stored this way for the other products.
