Install cobby AI

This guide shows you how to install the cobby AI Excel Add-in. Follow these steps if you want to use cobby AI features without a full shop integration.

Prerequisites​

  • A Microsoft account
  • Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365)
  • A cobby account (register at app.cobby.io if you don't have one)

Step 1: Find the cobby App in the Microsoft Store​

  1. Go to https://appsource.microsoft.com/de-de/product/office/WA200004128?tab=Overview

  2. Click Jetzt abrufen (Get it now)

Step 2: Install the Excel Add-in​

  1. When prompted, log in with your Microsoft account credentials

  2. Click In Excel öffnen (Open in Excel)

tip

The add-in will now be available every time you open Excel on this computer.

Step 3: Open the cobby Task Pane​

  1. In Excel, look at the ribbon tabs at the top

  2. Click on the cobby PIM tab

  3. Click the button labeled cobby PIM Task pane anzeigen (Show cobby PIM task pane)

Step 4: Log in to cobby AI​

  1. In the cobby task pane, click Login

  2. Enter your cobby account credentials

  3. You now have access to cobby AI features
