How to Change Your Subscription
Upgrade or downgrade your cobby subscription plan to match your business needs.
Prerequisites
- Workspace owner access
- Active cobby subscription
Steps

Log in to the cobby portal at app.cobby.io.

Go to Settings → Billing Portal.

Scroll to the Change plan section.

Click Change plan.

Select your new subscription plan from the available options.

Review the changes and confirm.
Result: Your subscription plan will change at the end of your current billing period.
Understanding Plan Changes
Upgrades (to a higher tier)
- Take effect immediately
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the current period
- New features become available right away
Downgrades (to a lower tier)
- Take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No immediate changes to your service
- You will not be charged until the next billing cycle
Common Issues
Change plan button disabled?
- Changes can only be made at specific times in your billing cycle
