How to Change Your Subscription

Upgrade or downgrade your cobby subscription plan to match your business needs.

Prerequisites

  • Workspace owner access
  • Active cobby subscription

Steps

  1. Log in to the cobby portal at app.cobby.io.

  2. Go to SettingsBilling Portal.

  3. Scroll to the Change plan section.

  4. Click Change plan.

  5. Select your new subscription plan from the available options.

    Select New Plan

  6. Review the changes and confirm.

Result: Your subscription plan will change at the end of your current billing period.

Understanding Plan Changes

Upgrades (to a higher tier)

  • Take effect immediately
  • You will be charged a prorated amount for the current period
  • New features become available right away

Downgrades (to a lower tier)

  • Take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No immediate changes to your service
  • You will not be charged until the next billing cycle

Common Issues

Change plan button disabled?

  • Changes can only be made at specific times in your billing cycle
  • Contact support if you need to change immediately

Need to change during trial period?

  • Plan changes during trial work differently
  • Contact support@cobby.io for assistance

What happens to my data when downgrading?

  • Your product data remains intact
  • Some features may become unavailable based on plan limits
  • Review plan limits before downgrading
